NHRC notice to Kerala Govt on Dalit youth murder: New Delhi, May 31 (UNI) Taking suo moto cognizance of media reports on the killing a Dalit youth and the role two policemen, who have been questioned by the SIT, the National Human Rights Commission on Thursday issued notice to Kerala government calling for detailed reports.
