Bihar Assy adjourned over Dalit’s murder issue: Patna, Mar 26 (UNI) The pre-lunch session of Bihar Assembly was adjourned ahead of scheduled time today when members of ruling and opposition parties created ruckus in the house over relevant act not invoked on the accused of a Dalit`s murder.
